Salted Caramel

I'm on round two of these salted caramels. I think I let the first batch get too close to the hard ball stage, because they ended up like hard candy and not like chewy caramels. Here's hoping the second batch is perfect!

    Reminds me of the Salted Caramel Hot chocolate we make at SBUX. Delish!
