Because the wedding venue was so ornate, we didn't do any decorations other than a few simple floral arrangements. Other than my bouquet and the grandmother's corsages, we did all the flowers ourselves. The mother's carried small nosegays. If I were do the flowers again now, I'd probably push them a bit farther creatively and play with some more interesting textures. I do still love the all-white palette for the bridal party, it's so classic.
I wish I had a photo of the wedding invitation, I'll have to dig around and find one. My mom made the programs, they were edged in tiny crystals and tied with a gold ribbon. Instead of a guestbook, we had everyone write us a little note on a piece of pretty cardstock, and then place them in small glassine envelopes. We read them when we came back from our honeymoon, it was so sweet. I've got them all in a book now.
